The AAO is a new, innovative and pro-active organisation, which promotes greater integration of British Arabs into mainstream British society and through doing so, enrich society by their participation in social, economic, artistic, cultural activities and public life.

The AAO also aims to promote better understanding and dialogue between Britain and the Arab World, and among its activities hosts lectures, seminars and conferences on economic, commercial and cultural activities across the Arab World and Britain. We also organise high-level visits to and from the Arab world aimed at enhancing greater understanding and trust between our two peoples.

Membership is open by invitation. The Organisation is managed by a Board of Directors which is supported by a Committee of Patrons made up of prominent personalities from Britain and the Arab World.
